You may have at one time or another been caught in a moment of distress and not had available
commercially produced toilet paper. You have earned this merit badge if;
You have gathered some indigenous materials in an effort to clean yourself following a call of nature #2. OR
You have been too cheap to carry some commercially produced toilet paper on an outdoor adventure.
If you have earned this merit badge you might want to see if you qualify for the Improvised Restroom
merit badge.
Remember you can award this merit badge to someone you think qualifies as well as earning it yourself.
